photo snow covered Hidden Lake trail

Most of the Hidden Lake trail was snow covered. hiking up the soft melting snow was challenging and fun. Sliding down with great views all around was even more fun.

Day six in Glacier National Park was another great day. I drove from to Waterton International Peace Park in Canada to the Saint Mary Entrance. The scenery at several overlooks on that drive were amazing. Then I drove along Going-to-the-Sun Road and walked around Sun Point and then did the Hidden Lake hike at Logan Pass. The day ended at a unspectacular 1960's motor inn (Apgar Village Lodge) with an amazing view. More Glacier National Park photos from 2005.
